Any one work for CSA Kuwait how long does the hire process...?

I have done everything even the physical i did the physical last mon they say it can take up to 2 3 more weeks after that . But should I email them and see were I stand with them why havent they emailed me and let me know so its almpst been 2weeks atthe end of this week what should i do and do they let you no if you did or didnt get it i think iam good ijust wana know if ishould email this is for fpo officer thanks
