Really really sharp pain in my diaphram and i have no idea what it is?

When you breathe in and out does it hurt? Do you feel any pain after you get up and move around a bit? If I were you I would seek medical attention immediately and tell them EXACTLY how it felt and what was going on from 5-6. I hope you solve this problem. Best of wishes.
