An elephant splashed me with water while I was in the Zoo. Could I get some disease?

I was on a school trip to a Zoo some 10 years ago, and an elephant splashed me with water from his trunk. If I ingested some of that water, am I at risk for getting some disease? Some prion disease maybe?
