Clean-sounding (not total screamo) bands with breakdowns and such?

does anybody know some of these? such as woe is me, we are danger, the word alive, jamie's elsewhere (those 4 are probably the best examples), chunk! no captain chunk!, abandon all ships, attack attack!, confide, for all those sleeping, four year strong, haste the day, his statue falls, house vs. hurricane, motionless in white (nothing harder than them, please), paddock park, scary kids scaring kids, etc. (i know a lot of bands, please dont suggest well known bands like four year strong or something. clean vocals and with some screaming is my favorite. i also love most bands with synth breakdowns.) thanks!
