He touched me up there? Does he like me?

I like someone a lot. I am almost 21 he is 22. We went dancing two nights ago at a club. While we were dancing I noticed him touching me up there several times and on my bottom on the top on my backside. Do you think he likes me a lot or loves me? And is this called second base? What are the bases? Thanks.
