Can someone please help me here?

I recently moved back home (at 28) following a split with my guy.my parents are terrible.my mum (a former model) keeps commenting on my appearance.although i am slimmer than her she makes jibes about my cellilite to my dad, and how useless she feels I am. i am not working at minute and recieving benefits due to health problems.the car insured for me they have stopped me driving so I can't go out.they do everything for my younger brother,and both constantly undermine me.to the point my dad won't even help me fill in a housing application for a place to live.i feel so low.what is the problem here? ...they have been like this all my life
