Farewell party for a 14 year old girl?

Im going to have a small get together on monday with around 10 friends (all girls) for about an hour and a half just so I can spend time with them before i leave. we will be coming to my house straight from school and i think that we will be spending most of our time outside on the deck and maybe the backyard. The problem is that i have no idea what we are going to do besides eat cake... help? do you know of any fun games or activities that we could do outside? thanks!
