Car jumps when accelerating or let go of the acceleration pedal?

I have '97 Honda Prelude with 174,000 miles on it. I noticed that when I accelerate or let go of the acceleration pedal, regardless of the speed im going, the car jumps in an agressive way. I already checked my motor mounts, and they're pretty good. What else could be causing this?
