Is this the way it's gonna end... not with a bang, but a wimper?

it seems more and more obvious the days of the evangelicals are coming to an end. with the increasing popularity of the internet, it seems all but certain that the erroneous claims made by the religious are all to often exposed as being lies. how much longer can the religious right dominate this country, let alone the world, when all one has to do is do a simple keyword search to debunk any of their arguments? this leaves me to wonder, will the final days where the faithful make up the majority and become the minority simply come and go without so much as a wimper? or should we expect something more eventful? will a war be waged the day logic and reason win over faith in determining whether or not there is a god?
